Winter Boots....Oh My!

Save the stilettos and the pointy toe shoes for the Spring and accentuate your wardrobe with a great winter shoe. This season is the season  of the winter boot...or the fashion god's accessory to the cold weather. We all know that winter has many faces- rain, snow, sleet, hail, sunshine and blistering cold; so it's imperative that any budding fashionista possess a boot that can maintain it's fabulous look and supply comfort during the good and bad turns that is experienced during winter.

Winter boots are versatile and come in many variations: riding boots, slouchy boots, ankle boots, rain boots, flat boots and the beloved Ugg boot. If you salivate over designer labels and have no means for feeding your hunger for those $300 Max Studio boots, shop within your means. Bargain shopping can sometimes present you with great finds at discounted prices: DSW is a shoe lover's heaven!

Shop around and if you can't find your "dream boot", look for something similar and be cautious of the price.  You may have designer tastes but lack designer money.  When shopping for a great winter boot, your first priority should be comfort;however, women bleed over fashionable shoes and I can attest to that! But in your case, the comfort level and beauty aspect of the boot should go hand in hand (save the bleeding toes for when you get a little older), and price should be a major benefactor. So this Winter, find a good, comfy and fashionable boot at a reasonable prices; look for bargains and skim shoe warehouses.  You may find an exclusive at a great price. Happy Shopping!
